This iPad will allow my special needs PK students to access supplemental online programs with success. Our current iPad is ready for retirement as programs are unable to load and crashes often. Students lose interest and become frustrated in the process. Donating to my project will allow my students to experience success with supplemental online academic programs. With the commonality of smart phones many of my students are familiar with the touch screen. When allowed access to a desk top they often touch the screen to respond to questions or tasks. When guided to use the mouse many of them become distracted and frustrated.
