Learning appropriate reading skills on an individual level is so important at this age. Kindergarten is continuing to build on the reading foundations that began being built in Pre-K. Building a strong foundation will increase their chances of meeting reading goals throughout their educational careers. These resources will help keep my kindergarten class engaged and it will give them hands on opportunities to increase reading and language skills. We will all be able to work together to achieve learning goals the children are striving for. We can use these books and games in whole group or small group instruction as needed so they will be very helpful for our class!
