This project will give me the opportunity to give my students rewards for their stellar behavior. These fidgets, notecards, and mini-finger skateboards will help my students to keep up their good behavior. Fourth grade is an essential year to build good character and positive behavior habits that will make a difference in school and their community. With these prizes, my motivated students will have the opportunity to earn a small toy prize while still building positive behavior and character traits that will make them successful throughout their elementary years and beyond. The notecards are a great piece of relationship building between me and my students as I am able to write them encouraging notes and the parents are able to see how hard they're working and getting recognition for it!
