Being able to capture wrestling matches live and work to get better allows the program to grow. This also provides the opportunity to send film through college coaches both boys and girls wrestling programs. The ability to go back over and watch wrestling matches in real time allows both students and coaches to refine skills needed to advance in the sport. This works for the entire wrestling program from advanced to novice wrestlers creating coaching points along the way to help us capture specific areas for improvement and gain an advantage in the long term success of the program.

About my class
