With the document camera that I am requesting for my students I will have the opportunity to teach with the lights on. What a concept! Something I didn't believe to be possible until one of the teachers in our building mentioned this purchase. It is hard to teach with the lights off and keep everyone engaged. I need my kiddos hanging on to my every word. Especially since I teach in Spanish. It is easy for them to checkout because I am teaching in Spanish. I do my best to keep a close on them. A classroom in darkness makes it really difficult to ensure I have everyone’s attention at all times. I cannot wait to start teaching with the lights on and see the difference it makes in my students learning. In addition I am asking for a gift card to TPT. I am going to be teaching Spanish Language Arts and I want to be sure I have all the materials necessary to get my students to be successful. Thank you so much for your support.
