My classes are mostly made up of Juniors and Sophomores and they are really great kids. Always ready to learn and very friendly with everyone, they have made my classroom into a great learning environment. Even still, there are always new strategies to make learning more effective and efficient. A complaint I receive often from my students is how hard it is to see my presented work on the TV I use to show my work and lesson on. It is very small and the document camera connected to it is not the best quality, not to mention the screen is blocked behind a large pillar for some students. A high-quality projector would let me show my work and notes to my students in places they can all see and make it big enough that they can all get accurate information. The Apple Pencil would also help me give them accurate notes by letting my mark up and erase notes easily and in styles and fonts that they can clearly read. In addition, screen recording these notes on my iPad itself would allow me to post notes online for viewing any time, even if a student is sick or the school is closed. Many students have been out this semester and fall behind those that have been in the classroom very quickly. Should be able to receive quality education no matter their location, circumstances, or required acoomodations.
