After 4 days of lifting, my students need more resources to help in our recovery. Taking care of the muscles after we have stretched and broke them down to their max, is something that I take seriously. Recovery is just as important as the days we spend lifting. The foam rollers and bands will primarily be used in recovery. Bands will also help transition some of our weaker students to full lifts, creating more muscle and joint flexibility. The hurdles will be used to create better hip mobility while in our plyometrics days. Allowing students to reach full mobility and flexibility will help with the longevity of a healthy life.
