When we are seperated by Covid, throught technology, we can still reach out to the world that we cannot go physically. With a second-language fully mastered, my students can communicate with more people, and know the world better. The Chromebooks that I am requesting for them will give them a chance to hone their second-language and technology skills. My students will practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing of Chinese when they need. They can also connect with students from other schools who are also learning the language. Second language learning will become more real to them.
