Students need to have a place where they love to go and read. They need a place where they feel comfortable and safe. These energetic kids need a way to get out their wiggles out as they read. The balance balls will allow for flexible seating. A way to wiggle as they sit and work! The carpet will be a great way for all the children to have a place to sit and read to themselves or a partner. It will already have their own personal space outlined. The children will love to come and listen to read-alouds here. This will also make an excellent place for the kids to read and work in small groups. They will make my classroom a fun learning place!
