Flexible seating gives scholars the freedom to choose a seat that is most successful for them. Having a variety of seating choices for scholars allow them to sit in a classroom that is more beneficial to learning because it gives them responsibility for their learning. That is why I am requesting different seating arrangements for my scholars. This is a starting point for our classroom allowing scholars a voice and a choice within their classroom. I incorporated various types of seating at different levels throughout the room where scholars are comfortable to find workspaces that allow them to learn best.
