I love being a resource teacher!! We are in a small class and it is difficult to keep things organized and neat. We need storage bins to keep things filed neatly and in order so I have my lessons organized neatly. Our computers do not get stored in a orderly manner. We need them put in a place so they will not break and stay charged. So a computer charging station is going to be a huge help in our room. It can be very difficult at times to keep my students motivated. We have started a classroom point system where they can earn treats, pop-its, erasers, candy and other fun things to keep them motivated. I love helping them to overcome the obstacles they face both at home and at school. Covid has hit everyone hard but when learning is tough anyway, it makes it harder to stay caught up. We have struggled to keep them working online in the class and also for me. When you are doing online learning from home all you want to do is play! Please help me encourage them to work hard, and learn to love learning! Thank you!
