With students in more need than ever for social and emotional learning, I want to do my part in giving them the tools through physical activity in my PE classes. What better way than through yoga. With these mats, it will give my students a comfortable area of their own during our PE classes where they can practice mindfulness as well as learn different yoga positions. These students need an opportunity to learn how to clear their minds in this fast-paced world and I want to give them that chance.
