Many students have not had access to the classroom for the past year and a half. The materials I am asking for all contribute to bringing the joy back to education. Colored paper and cardstock will provide a bright and inviting way to give information and instruction to students. The whiteboards and expo markers will allow students to easily write and learn key skills during writing and math instruction. Art supplies, such as class sets for markers, colored pencils, and crayons, will give students a creative outlet for their learning. In addition to these supplies, I have also asked for small prizes that can be awarded to students to get them excited about learning once more. Small prizes include stickers, fun pencils, pencil erasers. Recess equipment will also give my students the opportunity to have fun playing games and enjoying time with peers.
