The students at Everett MS are working on collaborative art projects with the goal of filling our school with beautiful art, positivity, and hope during this difficult year. These supplies will help us reach our goal of filling the hallways, bulletin boards, and walls with art this year. Currently many of these spaces are empty, and we are working to change that! Students began by creating proposals for drawings, paintings, sculptures and murals to fill the school with art. Their ideas include text based work to spread positivity and hope, colorful abstract paintings, and street-art inspired murals akin to those they see every day in their home in the Mission District.
