Math is not an easy subject and we're constantly spiraling back to what was previously learned. The binders and sheet protectors are for storing any graded assignments that they have, this way if they ever need to review or retake an assignment or test, it can be easily found. The composition books and pencils are for note taking in class, so that they are always on hand, in one book, when they need them. For my students, to have all their work organized and easy to find will allow them to focus on the learning and not trying to find their notes or assignments. Having these supplies will help save time, space, and contribute to learning in the class and also at home.
