As a first year teacher with no budget for my classroom, I am doing my best to provide my students with high-quality educational opportunities. However, this can prove to be challenging at times because I do not have the necessary supplies or materials I need. Through DonorsChoose, it is my hope to collect materials that allow me to create a classroom where education is accessible to all of my students for years to come. It is important to me that my students feel safe, cared for, and motivated to come to school. The materials I am asking for will allow my current and future students to grow their academic, social, emotional, and organizational skills. They will be used to create more personalized educational opportunities for each student, so they all have the opportunity to thrive.
