Throughout the year my students are excited to learn new exercises and how they impact your body. The goal of these lessons are to teach them fitness that they can apply in all areas of their lives. To help with our lessons, the students need multiple sizes of stability balls, free weights with a storage rack and an adjustable bench. With this equipment, they'll learn core exercises and other free weight movements. I want to show them that they have many options and ways to be healthy inside and outside of school. Many of my students love fitness and would greatly appreciate having the new equipment!
