It is a designated place designed to calm the senses where the student can experience calming visual, auditory, and tactile stimuli. Access to this computer will allow students to use different virtual platforms that will assist students in their self-calming efforts. A calming room offers students a chance to reset and reflect if they are experiencing levels of high anxiety or need a place to simply let go.
