As a middle school counselor, I have seen many students that are having trouble attending school because of the anxiety and stress of virtual school last year and the continued result of family stresses due to covid. Many students come into my office with stress and anxiety, which makes it hard for them to attend and focus in their classes in order for them to be academically and socially successful. With the order of relaxing and fidget gadgets and a new lamp, the students would be able to cope with their anxieties while in their classes or at home.

About my class
