With colors of the world art tools, colored pencils, colorful dry erase fadeless paper, and modeling clay, I hope to support a more inclusive environment for my students of all races, colors and ethnicities. Having these diverse shades will increase representation and foster a greater sense of belonging and acceptance. I want the new colors of the world crayons to advance inclusion within creativity and impact how my students express themselves. Not only do our students love creating their very own diverse expressions of themselves through these projects, but mainly there is an increasing amount of scientific evidence that proves art enhances brain function. It has an impact on brain wave patterns and emotions, the nervous system, and can actually raise serotonin levels. Art can change a student's outlook and the way they experience the world. With your generous donation, you would provide the opportunity for these inner-city students to fall in love with learning through art! You will also provide lifelong memories that they will cherish.
