The resources I am requesting will promote English Language Arts and Math Nevada Academic Content Standards for my students. Specifically literature, listening, and language. In math they will promote the number system and expressions and equations. These resources will help my students with their communication skills. Many of my students have limited communication skills. By providing them with high interest reading materials and a comfortable area to read in, they will have more time to improve their communication. The manipulatives for math will help with their hand eye coordination. They will also be engaged in their learning.
