Learning can be stressful for students with disabilities. I want to make my students feel like they can come into my classroom and relax, complete their assignments stress free in a comfortable environment. Some of my students have difficulty sitting in a desk all day either because of their size or their attention span. I have anywhere from 8 to 17 students per class per period and a comfortable couch would help them sit and read together in smaller groups, socialize and just relax.

About my class
