Health and wellness is essential to a long and happy life. Our students are passionate to learn about and develop plans to improve and maintain healthy bodies and lifestyles. Since COVID-19, our students have not had as many opportunities to participate in physical activity. Being able to measure and show my students their physical fitness growth will be essential to their ability to improve their health and wellness. Allowing students to see their data, graph it, and compare it will help them better understand their fitness levels and set goals for themselves. The Apple iPad and the Truck Flexibility Assessment Box will solve that. Thank you!
