The purpose of this project is to promote lifelong learning in both the cognitive and physical domains. Through motivation and encouragement, students will be introduced to a lifestyle of self-improvement and wellness. This project is designed to improve body mechanics and general physical condition. Physical, social, and mental skills shall be offered for continued skill development and enjoyment. The weight room equipment will greatly increase the productivity and effectiveness of our strength and conditioning programs. Right now there is minimal equipment. The equipment we have is old and unsafe. These additions will transform the environment into a competitive and productive weight room.
