Teaching student's lifetime sports is essential to personal growth both physically and mentally. In the days after the pandemic everyone has started to try new things to stay active as well as trying to be more outdoors, after being stuck inside for a whole year. Frisbee Golf is fun lifetime sport that promotes a healthy lifestyle, that gets you up and moving. I like the idea that this a sport that students can actually do outside of school and can help develop other life skills too. Like being out in nature and building relationships with new people. Its amazing to watch students light up about something new and see them interact with new students on a level that may sometimes not happen if not given the opportunity.
