We will use the gaffers tape to teach students about stage safety and the proper way to spike a stage floor when it comes to set design. The makeup kits will also be used to teach students makeup design and demonstrate proper and safe makeup applications. The paper mache masks will allow students to explore classical forms of theatre and demonstrate a strength in physical acting and character development. These items are theatre basics we burns through every few years but are not provided by the county. They allow students to learn the professional standards for theatre and to explore various elements besides just performance.
