These items will allow my students to view different lift and also watch videos of different exercises that they are interested in. Our weight belts are worn out from over use. These new belts will help protect my students from injuries and also give them confidence to lift heavy weight. This will also allow me to save money in order to get my students other things that we need in the weight room. The ipad will also help me stay connected with my students virtually that end up being quarantined from Covid.
