Students have a difficult time focusing on classroom instruction when their basic needs are not met. Many students come to class hungry, thirsty, or worried about personal hygiene, and this can be a huge obstacle to learning. Help our students meet these basic needs so they can be successful both in and out of the classroom. Every student deserves access to food, water, and personal hygiene supplies. Many of my students come from a low socio-economic background. With this donation, my students will feel safe and comfortable at school and ready for a productive day of learning.
