These materials will help students to build muscle and become more active, which will in turn empower them to feel more confident overall. A lot of my students returned from the pandemic looking worn down and exhausted. I'm hoping that this equipment will help them to get back on track when it comes to their physical fitness. Many students did not have nearly enough physical fitness when they were at home. I'm excited for the students to be back in school and look forward to helping them gain more confidence and self worth!

About my class
