I will give my students the ability to learn how to exercise for a lifetime without going to a gym. These simple tools will help make my circuit training the ultimate circuit training for my students. I am really excited for my student to be able too utilize this equipment. We already have some great tools for the training lighter dumbbells, sit-ups boards, jump ropes, but this equipment will take it to the next level for these students. The equipment that I chose has a specific purpose in the training exercises I will be doing for my students. In essence it will be a crossift type circuit with 45 seconds on and 45 seconds off. The students will gradually go from each exercise to the next during their PE class. I am and avid fitness enthusiast and proudly like to pass it on to my students whenever I can. This equipment will also give me the ability to change up the circuits more often then just having the same old stations and the dumbbells give much versatility. The dumbbells are also a lot easier to transport. They will be able to get packed up into my car and be brought to my next school with much more ease then barbells.
