Creating these charging stations will allow my students to be able to use their Chromebooks and charge them at the same time while they are in their seats. Unfortunately, there are not enough outlets in the room for all students to use. Given that there are a minimum of thirty students per class, there are not enough empty desks by the available outlets for them to use either. These table charging stations will allow students to continue to use their Chromebooks while they charge, without losing valuable class time. The last thing my students need is another obstacle that can hinder their learning. They are already at a disadvantage; a lack of technological resources should not be be another obstacle.
