These instruments and resources will reach all the students at my school (Kinder – 5th grade) and will allow for increased explorative and collaborative learning. Students will have the opportunity to share and play in each class, developing at grade level playing skills and literary vocabulary through projects and STEAM activities. Funding this project would enable an equitable collaboration toward our literacy goals between our music program and our grade level classroom. My students and families would be extremely grateful as these instruments and materials would be loved and used to play beautiful music for many years to come.
