These items with help my students retreat to anxiety and stress-free part of the office where they can regroup. The items will help assist students in coping with anxiety and stress with different books, games, and, of course, octobuddies, which will allow students to express how they feel. They will also be able to learn ways to cope with all sorts of emotions and how to help in their daily lives to cope with their feelings in a progressive way. ASCA Standards M 1. Belief in development of whole self, including a healthy balance of mental, social/emotional, and physical well-being M 2. Sense of acceptance, respect, support, and inclusion for self and others in the school environment M 3. Positive attitude toward work and learning M 4. Self-confidence in ability to succeed Coming back to school has been very difficult for some students and they have felt completely overwhelmed with just walking down the hallways. This will allow the students to gain skills to overcome those obstacles in their path and transition back to school in a healthy and progressive way. Thank you so very much!
