The resources and materials will be used in my small group classes to help the students learn and encourage and motivate them. My groups change so new materials are required for the new students. My students work hard and we need materials to learn as well as rewards to motivate and encourage them. The students love earning prizes for their hard work. These items will be placed in the treasure box for students to select on Fridays. This encourages students to come to school on Fridays to help boost attendance.
