All of these items in my project will help assist my special education, self-contained classroom in many different ways. All of my students have differing abilities and need a lot of different options. The sensory tiles, toys, and lights will help all of our students with focusing and attention seeking behaviors. The rug will help with bringing focus to the abc's and numbers that we are trying to help our students learn. The elevated writing items will help with my students who are in wheelchairs be able to have their whiteboard raised making it easier for them to see and work with hand over hand guidance. The wipes and gloves help with the changing of our students' diapers and messes that are made in the classroom. All of these items in my cart would be extremely helpful and useful in my classroom and would be very beneficial to my students.
