The flag football program would like to promote the new school tradition of a Home for the Holidays game. We want to increase support for the team and welcome alumni back to the school and the flag football game during spirit week. We want to reconnect with the community and engage families with our school after more than a year away from these types of events. In order to do this we will offer free snacks to people coming to the game. We will also need to make posters to promote the event. These posters will be put up around the school. The snacks will be offered to the guests to encourage attendance at the event. The student athletes will also use the snacks while they prepare for the event. This ties in to standard four indicator two and three of the NEPF, family and community engagement. This also applies to SS.9-12.CE 11 & 12 of the Nevada State Standards.
