This project will help my students from 6th-8th grade develop great skills. They will learn sportsmanship, team bonding, and it will help raise their self-esteem. My students will also learn the proper way to exercise, eat, and breathe. Not only do I want to help these students, but after Covid shutdowns, they are also asking for it! They want to build those relationships and work in their health. It is also a way to help these students deal with the stressful times we are in. With a lot of our equipment being lost with our old building, this will greatly help our students.

About my class
