Performance experience is critical to the development of an early music student. Through our procurement of these instruments, my students will have more and varied opportunities to perform and be exposed to different types of instruments, music, and cultures. The understanding of rhythm and beat is critical for early music students to understand and these percussion instruments are key in that education. Not only is learning music through percussion fun, it is accessible to all students, regardless of age or prior knowledge. I look forward to teaching students about instrumental music throughout the world for years to come with these great tools!
