We will use the molecular models to show the structure of different biomolecules and show how they interact with each other during metabolic processes. We will use the digital microscope to enhance students experiences using the standard class set of microscopes when investigating processes relating to homeostasis (such as membrane transport and osmosis in plant cells). SEP-2 Developing and Using Models HS-LS1-5 Use a model to illustrate how photosynthesis transforms light energy into stored chemical energy. HS-LS1-3 Plan and conduct an investigation to provide evidence that feedback mechanisms maintain homeostasis.
