Hello, I am Ms. Rosales, and this is my first year as an elementary school librarian. My goal is to transform the Glassbrook library into a bright, welcoming, and joyful space where students feel safe, comfortable, and excited to spend time with books. I want students to see the library as more than a place to check out books. I want it to become a place where they can discover new interests, find books that represent them, explore their imaginations, and develop a lifelong love of reading. With the support of donors and our school community, I am working to create a library that feels warm, inviting, and student-centered, with engaging displays, accessible book collections, cozy reading areas, and spaces that encourage students to browse, read, and connect with stories. Every improvement, big or small, will help make the Glassbrook library a happier and more inspiring place for our students.
