To maximize our time and learning we need a scanner for each of the counselor’s offices to send student’s applications, transcripts, and recommendation letters to increase the efficiency of document delivery. Being able to scan these documents and deliver them to the correct colleges, universities, and scholarship donors in a timelier fashion may also help students relieve the anxiety that they are feeling during this important transition period of their lives. This basic scanner will allow me to scan essential documents requested from universities, colleges, and scholarship donors without having to leave the office and go to the main office every time a student has a request. This will save time and give me more time for other situations or issues that may arise and keep me from being able to leave my office. There are times during the school day that requests come in at different times and requires me to run to the main office to scan every single document which takes me away from the other students that have issues or concerns that are not related to school. I would love having a scanner in my office so I can scan in a jiff! Thank you so much in advance for your help and support!
