The materials I selected are developmentally appropriate for our preschool autism room and will help our students. These materials will help my students work on their fine motor and social skills in the classroom. My students will love the sight of a new light table in their classroom, writing magic boards, and play-doh that are going to help them in many ways. This will give the students a chance to participate together on the light table, practice their writing skills, and increase their sensory skills while working on their goals. My students will become more engaged and excited when they see more new and neat learning supplies brought to them. The materials that I chose for my students will make them more eager to come and learn in the classroom. My students will be able to use these materials and over time will develop a growth in skills in their educational environment. Thank you very much.
