Our school library is a place where all students feel welcome and are encouraged to grow and learn. Students and teachers love and value our school library. Our library provides more than books, computers, databases, and e-books, we also provide fun and educational activities. The materials chosen will help with our fun weekly crafts and activities, which our students are so excited about because every week is a new theme! We want to inspire students to read by giving out monthly book incentives. A book along with the character plush will be used as reading incentives. STEM/STEAM activities with LEGOs will help our library program by adding new and fun projects during recess, after-school, and a LEGO club. We want our Washington Teddy Bears to know our library provides a safe haven for all students to think, create, share, and grow!
