The purpose of these resourses that I am asking for is to give my students something to work towards while still sneaking in learning. My students belong to a specialized program that involves working toward behavior goals as well as academics. An integral part of our program is incentives for the students to work towards because they lack the intrinsic drive in academics. This is usually in the form of food but if there were things in the classroom that can be used multiple times, that would reduce the constant need for replenishing items. With students being out of school for extended periods of time due to COVID, they struggle more than ever with behaviors and classwork. Students are more willing to give up and refuse to work because they have not had that expectation for some time. My students will be more willing to work towards deficits they have now if there is something they want to work towards.
