Our school has started a three tier behavioral support system. Our plan is to create a student generated school spirit t-shirt we can wear together on Fridays. These shirts will be reinforcers to the school community and be given out free of charge to students who are struggling or are working to show how hard they are trying. It has been very obvious to us that our school is seriously lacking in school engagement and making everyone feel welcome. We want to use our skills to help our fellow classmates feel like part of a larger communities. Distance education was tough for everyone, and helping our community feel special is a worthwhile use of our talents and effort. We just hope you feel the same way and can help too!
