My students have experienced the isolation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and need support in managing their feelings, relating appropriately and positively to peers, as well as the time and place to form friendships and collaborate in their learning. This seating arrangement will provide a calm space for students struggling with anxiety and anger that has manifested itself because of their individual experiences throughout this pandemic. It will also provide a space for learning from and with peers in learning tasks designed for a collaboration supporting individual students to find success in their challenges, and pushing them to excel in their areas of strength.

About my class
