My students like to learn to play sports and and try new games, but it's hard with the lack of resources. My students are fans of both basketball and soccer, but currently we have very little resources for them to go out and enjoy doing these sports. We currently have very few basketballs and currently 1 soccer ball. I want to help my students look forward to exercising and living a healthier lifestyle. From experience most students don't enjoy playing sports, because they lack the basic fundamental skills of these sports. With both the soccer balls and basketballs, I want to create lessons where they learn the skills, such as dribbling, passing, and shooting so they don't feel intimidated and actually enjoy the sport. Having my students play team sports also gives my reserved and shy students the opportunity to work in their social/communication skills as well as interact with other students that they would regularly not talk with. These are also important skills that my students will need for their future careers and life in general.
