We are a title 1 school with little to no resources - this document camera will help my students see lessons up close, the art supplies will provide them with art that they do not get during the school week (we have no art teacher), the books will help them see kids like themselves in text, and the focus bands will help my movers stay seated while learning - all things we desperately need!! At my school we do not have a classroom library - these books and document camera will help my students' literacy skills thrive. They will also get to explore what being creative is like (most have never even painted before), which is something they dream about often but the school does not have money for.
