By receiving the materials requested for this project our student-athletes will benefit greatly, as well the PK-6th grade students who look up to them. Being able to provide the student-athletes dress wear for game days relieves our stressed families of the financial burden while allowing our students to fully look the part of the campus leaders that they are. These game-day dress uniforms help create their sense of belonging to something that is bigger than themselves and add to their buy-in to the team and their role as campus leaders. The impact game day dress wear has on our players goes far beyond the material that they are given to wear, impacts our entire campus, and grows our program for the future. Research and history tell us that looking sharp and being in a leadership position translates into confidence which translates into success on the field or court!
