These books will help our children to develop basic language skills and profoundly expand their vocabulary. Books will develop and nourish children's imaginations, expanding their worlds. Picture books will introduce young children to the world of art and literature. Nonfiction books will stimulate their sensory awareness, helping kids to see, hear, taste, feel, and smell on an imagined level. Books will inform our children's imaginations, and inspiring creativity. Books will strengthen their self-confidence and help them understand who they are. Children will experience a variety of information, experience, and knowledge that will develop their moral and ethical development. As readers, they will discover distinct characters in which children will find their own identities, develop empathy, and build an inclusive community. As an educator, I want to stimulate children's imagination, expand their understanding of the world, and help them develop language and literacy skills. My dream goal is to motivate children to want to read so they will practice reading independently and, thus, become fluent readers.
